Cascade Line Cook 

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated (Cascade Line Cook) to become an integral part of our team! As a Cascade Line Cook, you will be tasked with keeping your area clean, keeping guests smiling and making sure everything is running smoothly. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. 
  • Cooking food items by grilling, frying, and sauteing.
  • Plating prepared food based on manager guidance.
  • Perform portion control and minimize waste to keep cost within forecasted range. 
  • Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage. 
  • Assisting with Stocking and Setting up the kitchen station. 
  • Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards. 
  • Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing equipment at the end of the shift. 
  • Perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning, and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked. 
  • Any assignment given by management.

Qualification: 

  • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the restaurant 
  • Customer service experience 
  • Ability to handle transaction accurately and responsibly. 
  • High energy and strong customer service 
  • Basic math and computer skills 
  • Attention to details. 
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team member in fast pace, environment to provide excellent service.
