Marquis Lounge – Hookah Server 

We are seeking a highly motivated (Hookah Server) to become an integral part of our team! As a Hookah Server, you will be tasked with keeping your area clean, keeping guests smiling and making sure everything is running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Explain to guests the Hookah menu.
• Upsell Hookah Items
• Clean and prepare the Hookah.
• Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant & lounge.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion.
• Solve problems with a positive attitude.
• Issue bill and accept payment.
• Delivery hookahs to the tables.
• Passion for hookah
• Hookah prepping & understanding hookah flavors.
• Clean of hookahs and hookah room 
• Changing out coals.
• Perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning, and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked. 
• Perform other Restaurant & Lounge duties as assigned by management.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
• Mus be 21 and older. 
• Must be able to work with fire/charcoal.
• Ability to work in a hookah-smoking environment.
• Ability to build rapport with guests.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
