Restaurant Server 

We are seeking a highly motivated (Server) to become an integral part of our team! As a Server, you will be tasked with keeping your area clean, Taking and Delivering orders, keeping guests smiling and making sure everything is running smoothly. You will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customer experiences. 

Responsibilities:

• Preparing restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to customer upon entrance to the restaurant. 
• Presenting menus, serving, and helping customer select food and beverage. 
• Take and serve orders.
• Answer questions or make recommendation for complementary products.
• Collaborate with other restaurant server, kitchen, and bar staff. 
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude 
• Issue bills and accept payment. 
• Cleaning and preparing table for next guest.
• Perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning, and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked. 
• Additional assignment given by management. 

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent 
• Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
• Hand on experience with cashier duties 
• Patience and customer-oriented approach 
• Excellent people skills 
• Attention to details. 
• Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team member in fast pace, environment to provide excellent service. 
• Ability to work in a hookah-smoking environment.
• Ability to build rapport with guests.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
