Rollerskating is a great way to exercise and have fun at the same time. Cascade Family Skating Rink offers a positive and energetic environment for learning the correct way to skate.
All lessons are given by a staff of highly qualified professional rollerskaters. You will find all of our current classes located on the schedule below. Roller Skating is a great way to improve heart health, strengthen muscles, and burn calories. It works muscles in the legs, glutes, and core, burns about 800 calories an hour, and causes 50% less stress to the joints than running. It even improves flexibility and endurance.
$15 per person – 1hr skate lesson only
$20 per person – 1hr skate lesson plus admission to the session
$25 per person- 1hr skate lesson, Admission to the session, and skate rental
